Sonic Drive-in - Newalla

We waited 45 minutes for our order. They brought half of our order after 20 minutes and we have waited this long for the rest. We spoke to servers multiple times before finally getting our food, which we had to walk up and get ourselves. Crappy service and cold food. We will not be back.

Terrible, car hop was rude, 3rd time they have forgotten my coney hotdog. All round hate going to this location but it’s close to work. Sadly will try again in a couple months and see if they can get it right. I could call but it does nothing. It’s not like I get to enjoy it right now, either way Please do better!

They gave me the wrong order. My buger was soaked in grease. After going back to get a replacement order it was still very greasy like draining with grease. I won't be going there again. Also the restaurant looks trashy dirty.

Well I ordered a single drink. did it in the app to get half off and whatever. sat in the stall for 15 minutes before I decided to go through the drive thru and ask for it. drive thru wasnt really moving either so I scooted out of it and left. Thanks for taking my money I guess. maybe if yall paid your employees more people would actually wanna work here. may as well just close it if you can't get any food or drinks out
