Sonic Drive-in - Newalla

Horrible service. Order a brisket sandwich recieved it without a patty. I called and spoke to Brandon or Brendon whatever his name and he acted as of it was problem that I wanted the correct sandwich. They made the order wrong he tells me they should’ve charged me more for my patty. Horrible customer service.

They always have the not accepting orders from the app turned on.

This sonic has to be one of the slowest serving fast food place I've been to.the order is always wrong and tots are always cold.i would not recommend this sonic to anyone .employees can't take a order.you would think they would hire competent people, but guess not.last time here and I'll tell my people not to eat here.owners must be proud of their employees running that place in the grounds pathetic. I ordered a breakfast sausage burrito meal and got a flipn egg and cheese burrito, these employees are worthless. Do not eat here bad service.i can understand if every stall had a car but when there are 2 cars and takes 25 minutes, come on people.
