Kaisers Grateful Bean Cafe - Newalla

The employees would not check their ingredients. I asked due to an allergy and the employees didn't even try to be helpful. They just kept saying the manager is not here when I asked about a specific ingredient in a specific ice cream.

This place is one of the great ice cream parlors (with a REAL Soda Fountain) left in America. A local treasure! They make their own ice cream which is awesome. I strongly recommend ordering a Vanilla Malt Shake, with extra in the can. Epic! They serve food as well. Why go anywhere else?

Never got waited on.... staff looking at me... doing nothing.... not busy. Just completely ignored. Never again

Food was terrible. Plus I watched them take my husband's food to another table. It sat there for 2 or 3 minutes than they took it back to the kitchen and bought it to us. We asked about it and they said well they didn't touch it.

Always go for ice cream and old fashioned cokes. Love the atmosphere!
