Golden Chick - Newalla

I can't remember her name, but She was the epitome of customer service. I was in the store on 1/19/2024 at around 6pm, she made sure the food was hot and freshly made.

All I got was a chicken salad sandwich, and fried okra. The okra was NASTY!!! It was hard and too crunchy, and quite a few pieces didn't even have okra in them. And I personally think that the bread on the sandwich was too much.. not the right kind of bread to pair with chicken salad, so it made it taste weird.. all in all, I will probably never eat there again unfortunately

Don’t go to this golden chick they are rude and wouldn’t of let me come in to let the girls go to the bathroom because the gas station beside it bathroom was closedThe lady literally met me outside to tell me not to come in just to use the restroomWhat she didn’t know is my dad taught me to always at least buy a drink in somewhere like that if you need to use their restroom But I didn’t here because I’ll not be treated that way especially when it’s my three year old needing to potty

Love Golden Chick food but this location is lacking just about everything.

I went in with my 2 little kids to grab some food to take the to park. Had to use the restroom and the staff insisted I couldn't use the restroom until I had purchased something. ended up lugging my two babies to the gas station in the same lot. Never going back. Rude and awful customer service.
