Braums - Newalla

Used to love this location until I met ASSistant manager Patrick. I ordered a mix and he gave me a shake. I tried to nicely correct him and he immediately took an attitude with me saying I said shake. I understand that it's loud in there (not sometime I enjoy either) but if you can't hear me, ask me to speak up, don't give me the wrong thing and then call me a liar. No one would clean a table for me, they were all absolutely filthy and the fries tasted like they came straight out of the trash. Hopefully they were just having a bad day but they 100% gave me a bad day and had zero remorse for it. Disgusting.

This is the only place I have ever given 5 stars to. I stopped by there and ordered food Thursday evening 4/18. Friday morning I couldn't find my credit card. The last time I used it was at this store. I called and they still had it. They were very nice and helpful. I'm so thankful to them for their honesty and integrity. They really did good service to the Braums name. Braums has and will always be one of my favorite places to go to. My daughter and I have this little thing that when we get together, we make a journey (90 miles) to the nearest Braum's in Wichita Falls, TX. That's our thing. I will always associate Braum's with the special times I have spent with her. Thank you for everything!

FIX THE FROZEN YOGURT MACHINE!!! I can understand it being down here and there but several times in less than a month??

Been to most all braums in nw okc over the last 40 years never had a problem.
