Gotham Bar and Grill - New York City

Great all around restaurant with a casual yet refined atmosphere. Food was as you would expect from a fine dining experience. One area of improvement could be offering a pasta main such as pappardelle in choice of either vegetarian or vegan.

Food was outstanding, service was perfect, love the live jazz music, making a reservation for 12 was easy. Thanks to the GM Daniel. We will be back for sure, highly recommend

The Gotham Restaurant is not only one of my favorite restaurants downtown, it's one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. The food, wine list, and service at the bar has always been fantastic. While I liked the previous decor of the space better than the recent refresh, I still couldn't recommend this establishment highly enough!

All the stars! Such a great experience, every single person was an absolute pleasure from the greeting to the goodbye. The atmosphere is perfect and so much more spacious than most other NYC restaurants. Drinks and food were great, our waiter was attentive and overall it was one of the most enjoyable restaurant meals I've had. We will be back!

Two words: Fine Dining. The service was top-notch. The ambiance was very romantic….live jazz music playing. Food was pretty average. My question is, why does fine dining always mean itty bitty portions? I feel like you are really paying for the fancy plating. If you want a romantic evening, this is a great place to go. However, if you are looking for an unforgettable meal, you should pass on this place.
