The bagels are quite hard. Would only recommend the donuts.

Horrible! I'm standing waiting to place my order an the guy gets on his phone an walks away! When I told the other guy he call him he come back out still on the phone like it funny ! Do yourself a favor do not come here ! I see why they have a only 3 half stars

I placed my order and my order was prepared. When I went to pay I was racially profiled and ignored for another customer who walked in after me of a Caucasian background. When I made the statement May you complete servicing me as a customer , the staff rudely told me Get Out . This place of business needs proper customer service skills training, basic English understanding, and pronciacian courses for their employees. I had difficulty communicating with all the staff in basic English due to their pronciacian challenges. I don 't think they comprehend English very well either.As I left, I decided to go further down the street to another Dunkin location where I received superb service from the staff in comparison to this location.2258 1st Ave., New York, NY 10035 Dunkin is a hundred times better than 147 E 116th St, New York, NY 10029 Dunkin location.

Great place doughnuts was fresh and my coldbrew was perfectly made...

This was the worst experience ever. I pre-order 2 breakfast wraps and a macciato for a total of $26. Do you know they sent me a fried egg and 1 breakfastwrap and a cup of coffee that taste like motor oil! What would you do? Of course they refunded my money. But it's not about the money. The don't check the orders before they send them out.
