Zoe and Bar Lounge - New York

I don't even know where to start, but here we go first the waitress very rude, they acted as if we were there for free second the food was awfully dry and the meat tasted old, fried Calamari wasn't really fried the bbq chicken wings were cold and tasted as if they were in the freezer, we also ordered guacamole and chips all chips came mixed with the Guamole. Thirdly, she was very stingy with the utensils that they didn't even bring us records, even asking them for a certain kind of music, was a problem to give us attitude for everything, and to finish it we ordered 2 rounds of fireball shots and it was in happy hour, so they assumed to be 3-4 dollars each lie they charged them at regular price $9. Never back waist of time and money (300 and we left the food)oh and there were villains!!!

If it was possible to give this establishment zero stars, I would. When I say that this restaurant has provided the worst dining experience I?ve ever had, you probably wouldn?t believe it. The fact that I waited an hour and ten minutes for APPETIZERS... appetizers. The server brought my party the pitcher we ordered and literally disappeared for over an hour. Unbelievable. We had to flag down a hookah guy to ask for our server. There was absolutely no empathy for the lack of service my party was given. I will never return to this place and I highly recommend anyone looking to have a good time with friends or family with quality service to never dine here. I will make sure everyone I know avoids this place. I hope the owner of this restaurant sees this review and makes some changes to the staff or at the very least the culture of this restaurant. It is very disappointing.

Good service, my food was a tad bit too greasy (but it was to be fried so)????? my dad loved his meal looks like an eggplant lasagnia

My husband and I came here on a Taco Tuesday and ordered the chicken tacos (hard shell) and really enjoyed them. We shared 4 orders (3 tacos per order $6). We also tried the chicken empanadas, (3 pieces $10) which were really good as well! We shared a pitcher of sangria (about 6 cups $25 incl tax). We arrived at 6:15pm and it was kinda empty, but we didn?t mind that. Even though it wasn?t packed, the vibe was still fun. Service was good. Our waitress Wendy spoke English well and the Spanish music did not bother me, it?s a Dominican dominated area, so what do you expect really (in regards to another review). We?ll definitely be coming more often since it?s very close to home for us.

It was good. The place wasn't full but is a good place to go with friends and have a conversation. The happy hour menu have something for every taste in terms of drinks and food. The appetizers are full size and it was tasty best part the price is moderate. The staff is attentive and friendly. Overall the place is good.
