The Den Hyatt Herald Square - New York

Josh, the F&B Manager and Alicia our waitperson were outstanding. Service here is top notch, the food outstanding. It is a delightful location in midtown to dine for a casual, nice business lunch within the Hyatt at Harrold's Square. A real gem.

Very nice experience at this Hyatt Herald Square bistro. Service by Cynthia was very attentive, friendly, efficient and spot on. Nice selection of food items.

This hotel lobby also offers room service. When we arrived, we were the only ones there and the staff seemed surprised to see us. Our waiter was also the one delivering room service at the time.

The hostess was somewhat judgmental, but she should realize that she shouldn't judge a book by its cover. On the other hand, the bartender was great.

We were greeted by Jordan in the lobby bar and offered the choice of dining on the rooftop. The views were incredible and the service was excellent. The prawn and avocado salad was exceptional. We celebrated a birthday with a bottle of Prosecco.
