Starbucks - New York

Extremely slow service, very unprofessional, the employees prefer to dance and sing behind theke instead of ordering to take. they made a mistake with my order and gave me an assignment when I explained their mistake. I don't even try to be karen, but this place is not recommended

Walked over from the location on W Broadway because they were closed and I'm so glad i did. The staff was warm, inviting and the music was PERFECT! As I was about to order my usual Matcha Latte, i asked whose playlist was on. Jason said it was his i was elated!! Love hearing music that i listen to at establishments. It's so welcoming and refreshing. Thanked him and he was rather appreciative. Music is a great way to connect with ppl and I'll definitely stop by again just because of it. Thanks again to the team at 120 Church. See ya soon!

I don’t know what is going on here. Usually starbucks employees are helpful and accommodating. However, its another story here. It is almost 70 degrees outside and its pretty warm outside. However, the heat is soo high here and is very uncomfortable to sit in. When i asked the lady making the coffees to turn down the heat a bit. She said its out of her hands. Which makes no sense to me. Do they not switch the heat off or adjust their thermostat when they close the store. Its weird and was a bad experience for me. If i am spending 6 bucks on a coffee I expect to be comfortable drinking it.

Don't recommend this store. Drinks were Starbuckian-like but restroom was filthy and unserviced while 4 people stood behind the counter talking to each other. Starbucks franchise personnel should visit this store and correct some laziness.

This is the best cup of coffee you will get! The mood is soothing, and the coffee and pastries are still delicious! I'm certain that I'll tell all of my mates!
