Usually quick and good but today took 75 minutes and burger came ice cold.

Lived here in SUTTON PLACE for over 30yrs, went to school around the corner O.L.PH. No longer there they tore it down, So I love the Sandwiches however the young lady, looks Asian is so quick to charge some one, not going to run away kiddo, some of us ha e class. Social Skills are needed which does not come with the job.

I placed an order, but half of my food didn't arrive. When I called to inquire about it, they tried to blame the doormen for the missing items. It's incredibly frustrating that they would accuse hard-working individuals instead of simply informing customers that certain items couldn't be delivered. There are security cameras in our lobby that clearly show no one took anything from the building. I've supported this business throughout the pandemic, but based on their recent behavior, I can no longer do so.

The staff was rude and exhibited racist behavior. Given the prices and the location, there is no justification for bringing business here.

This cozy corner store has just about everything you could need! The sandwiches are fantastic, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!
