Rai Rai Ken - New York

My friend and I tried out Rai Rai Ken after having it on our list for a while! It was delicious the takoyaki was great, the curry was great, the ramen was great! My friend and I split both dishes and we were super full after! Overall a super solid place for Japanese food. 4 stars because everything was solid nothing blew me out of the water per se. The vibe inside is super cute and staff is great!

The curry ya that merged with Rai Rai Ken is not the curry-ya we all used to know. How sad to see that the same menu is still offered but the quality and taste is nowhere close to how it used to be when it was its own restaurant. Rip curry-ya :

Great food and great portion sizes! I ordered their pork katsu curry for delivery and everything was well-packaged and arrived hot and delicious. Will order again!

The ramen was very solid. People saying there food was cold most likely had delivery...my food was the perfect temperature. The pork buns were also very good. Not the most authentic food but tasty nonetheless. Would recommend.

Quaint but nice spot. They do offer outdoor seating. The food is good. I ordered the curry bowl...very good and filling. Will come again. Make sure you have your vaxx card, they check!
