Bidra med feedbackA bit pricey even for NYC, but it might well be the best steakhouse I have been in the city so far. Filet mignon is cooked to how I want it to be. Note that medium rare does mean medium rare. To some people it might be on the rare side. Umami from the steak is amazing. The only minor dissatisfaction I had is that the bacon is a bit on the salty side and the bread could be warmer than room temperature. We sit by a sofa seat by the window. Not overlooking the park but still
Porter House was a phenomenal experience. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. The food is 10/10. We got the Cowboy and a NY Strip steak which was cooked to perfection. My favorite side dish was the creamy spinach, its probably the best one I have ever had at a stake house! Definitely recommend to go here if you enjoy stake houses!
Inside the mall on the 4th floor. The hospitality was amazing. Service is top knotch. The ambiance was great for a work group setting. We had a prestige menu. The filet was cooked and flavored to perfection. The sides of potatoes, broccoli and onion were good. The cheesecake desert slices were enough for a few to share. The views from the windows of the city.
The drinks were so, so great! Definitely the star of the show. I honestly wasn?t wowed by any of the food, but that doesn?t mean it was bad! The ambience was nice, the service at the bar was great! The service at table was average but it could?ve been because it was 8pm and they seemed to be preparing to close already. They came around with exactly one slice of bread per person at the the table (sourdough or wheat), which was fine. The steak?s flavor was good, just not as
Nice dinner at Porter House Bar and Grill. It?s not really a steakhouse standard but the pasta bolognese was the surprise winner of the table. Dessert was fun too. Very nice, if a tad slow, service. But we were also trying to make a show.
