You have things that no one else has and are reasonably expensive.

My daughter brought me here for birthday dinner. it was a week night and not crowded at all. our waiter was very gracious as the rest of the staff. the room is modern and spacious. eating was very good, but a bit expensive for the kitchen. I'm not a cocktail drinker, but her lychee martini is very good. they have a few nice areas for this instagram momente -hence the hip vibe.

This is probably one of the cheapest and most affordable wine shops in Chelsea. Trust me. I know about this point. I'm going out a bit to save $3-4. Great choice. Not just cheap wine. I also enjoy that they always have a wide selection of sell-off wines. It's not just the same chalk I see in my local wine shop in my neighborhood in Brooklyn. The staff was always super nice. They even keep affordable wines cooled. Because Lemme tell you so many places put the more expensive stuff in the refrigerator if you want your wine to chill right away. Smart tactics, but I'm on it. Very appreciated and well respected.

Unfortunately unreliable. Called this store ahead of ordering to make sure they could deliver a gift bottle with a note for someone's event. They confirmed everything over the phone before and after I placed the order online on Friday morning around 10am. Received a confirmation email Friday evening that the order was filled. They called once Friday when trying to deliver, didn't leave a message, didn't text, didn't call back, didn't email. On MONDAY I got another call saying they never delivered the gift. But this is after receiving an email confirmation that it was delivered??? Had such high hopes for this place. So disappointed.
