Mudville 9 - New York

Lucked in Mudville9 after visiting Lower Manhattan and was really a cold beer and a chance to take a load after a walk for a few hours. I could sit at the bar and the beautiful Sasha found me a series of cold budweisers. She also put on the game of my college football team West Virginia Mountaineers. The food was delicious and not a bad price. Got the spicy chicken sandwich (man said it packed a stamp) and the pulled pork sandwich. Really good portions! The side salad was a little disappointing. Only some mixed greens, cut carrots and cucumbers. Needs a crispy salad to get it easier on the forks, were soft and too big to grind up. Big beer list and football were on all TVs for Sunday.

Good server service, terrible chef, all burgers were finished and my fry egg upstairs was half raw, had it returned and got a dry fry egg, felt it was a TAKE THAT answer, would never go back!

Just amazing. Stopped by a night after work after a recommendation from a friend, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. For beginners the starters are on site, great choices for cheap prices. My favorite were the wings, recommend them, they? the best I had. Entree was also upper notch and a well dimensioned portion. The bartender, Shain, was also really helpful and appropriate. He offered great drinks suggestions and served excellent cocktails. Very recommended.

Great place for after work food and drinks. Shain the bartender was awesome! Always had a drink without having to flag him down. Love the staff. The atmosphere is chill. Going to see how weekend nights are there soon. Would definitely recommend to friends.
