I ordered over the phone the guy tells me 10 min I get in my car because Im in the Bronx head to the restaurant in the heights for them to tell me he never put my order in I heard him when he told the lady oh yea he called so she places my order and makesme wait 20 mins to then give me my order and the tostones tasted like old oil and were sawgy my beef Szechuan was all vegetablehad three pieces of beef and charged me 16$ for food that wasn?t even made right the old man has no customer service skills atall the lady was nice but poor service and made me wait I wanted to walk out and leave the food but I didn?t want them to wastea plate but I should of because it was not good at all horrible experience.

Extremely understaffed, No concern what so ever to offer quality customer service. I?ve called for delivery multiple times and explained my order with precise directions. Being that I?m highly allergic to shrimp. I?ve stated in my order that I do not wantshirt in my fried rice being that I?m allergic and 3times I?ve received shrimp in my meal. When dining at the restaurant theabove does apply. Rude and impolite.

A tier above the typical food you would expect from any Chinese restaurant you find sprinkled across new york Very good portions of good tasting food in my opinion The service can rarely be spotty, also delivery ending at 9 can sometimes be a bummer Try itout and see if this is your new favorite Chinese spot

Believe it or not this was $31 before tax and tip? absolutely disgraceful serving size and price. Not what was shown in the photos of the store? the ribs weren?t even a combo and it was $15?

Great restaurant with great combos and good customer service, very attentive with the refills and making sure your having a satisfied dining experience. The food is all very tasteful and well done it?s very delicious, they never disappointed me afterall the times I dined here with friends and family. My favorite Asian Spanish cuisine spot in Washington heights.
