Jeju Noodle - New York

This was the best meal we had during our trip to New York! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. The Toro Ssam bap with the Hokkaido uni add on was the highlight of the week - simply incredible. The truffle scallop came in a close second with its perfect combination of flavors. The fried chicken had a crispy coating and tender meat, and adding caviar just took it to the next level. We enjoyed the Miyazaki Wagyu ramyun, but the new Crab ramyun stole the show for us. It's been weeks since our visit, and I still can't stop thinking about it.

As a Michelin-starred restaurant, they exceeded my expectations! I will never regret spending money on food here! The ceviche was delicious and the red snapper appetizer had a fantastic taste for those with adventurous palates. The pork ramen was satisfying and exactly what I needed. Make a reservation and enjoy a wonderful dining experience here! I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning soon!

Although we've been to this restaurant in the past, it looks like they update the menu from time to time, so it was definitely worth visiting again. As this is a Michelin star restaurant, I was expecting smaller but denser dishes, but this place has much larger portions than other Michelin restaurants I've been to, so be careful not to over order. I went with a group so we had 3 appetizers along with entrees for each of us. What a great meal at the first and only Michelin star noodle restaurant in the US. This isn?t a typical ramen restaurant, the dishes are innovative, different, and delicious. The staff are very friendly. The interior of the restaurant is very cozy. Would highly recommend!
