Bidra med feedbackA Sea of Food!. After a cold wet day of viewing some of NY 's winter scenery My uncle was one truly hungry hungry hombre, As was everyone else in the group. I and everyone else would 've been content with some place warm that had coffee but he was very insistent on eating Japanese, So after a quick suggestion from a native New Yorker we made our way to Korea Town. We were situated very promptly politely and efficiently. There were 9 of us and that is not something easily done in a packed house. Our waiter 'Stan Lee ' was a fast talking friendly guy who was a pro taking our orders and attended to our group incredibly well. <br/ <br/ The spread is huge in this place. Even for a buffet. Amazing Sushi and gyu-kaku (Japanese bbq). The highlight for me though was the truly delicious Saba shioyaki (grilled mackerel). My only complaint about the sushi was that they were a bit slow to make it but other than that the sushi here was great. A few dishes here were bland and some of the fried offerings tasted like a frozen dinner reject. But if you 're stuffing yourself with that stuff anyway then you 've come to the wrong place. Will definitely be looking this place up again when I come back to the Big Apple.
A sushi buffet???? We went there on a recommendation. Usually we shy away from ALL buffets. This was GREAT. $32.00/pp was a little pricey but we ate a lot. And it was delicious. Dessert included!!!!!
Quality Asian all-you-can-eat buffet. Ichi Umi is a good, quality all you can eat Asian selection buffet. The sushi is good quality. The remaining asian menu is a mix of mostly Japanese and Chinese food. Drinks are not included in the price. The lunch buffet price is approximately $22.
The sashimi was good, my favorite was the hamachi...
Wow. Its got a lot of food, and it is a bit pricy, but hey i like it
