Hero Certified Burgers - New York

I really wanted to like this place. the first time I went to eat and service was great. the second time wasn't that nice. After I wait about 10 minutes with no one on the counter, I was told that everything was just online now. I went to order online and asked why the prices online did not reflect the prices in the load and all that I got was a shrug. guy was nice, but very helpful. not sure I want to go back.

Terrible! They messed up my order and when I told them they gave me the debt and said there was nothing to do and if I wanted a new burger, I would have to buy one again!

One of the best cheeseburgers I had! well presented and delicious!

I ordered a burger yesterday night and was very very disappointed the meat had bones and veins in it I couldn’t take more than one bite. very disappointed.

This place is unequipped with minimum requirement like a lid for your soda cup. When I placed my order, the guy asked me if i wanted a combo which includes fries and drinks along with burger. I said yes and he did not feel the need to mention that they are out of lids for their cups. I get the order, he fills my drink and while handing it to me tells me that we don't have a lid for the cup. I stared at him blankly not knowing how to respond to this ridiculous situation. I am expected to carry my drink in an open cup while dodging traffic. Such things get you bad reviews. Disappointed by the service!!
