Dos Toros - New York

Very little food in the bowl, cold and just tasted awful.

Got chicken instead of pork second time this has happened delivery guy was fine but this is a lil out of hand and would like it fixed accordingly carnitas is wayyy different and more expensive then chicken indont get it twice now guys? The food isn't bad but im payin 30 something for a burrito i should get wat i order

This place has gone downhill. I suspect they are trying to cut costs. First, the burritos got smaller. Then they started adding way less meat. I got a chicken burrito today which maybe had two tablespoons of chicken in the entire burrito. All rice and beans. Really good spicy salsa though.

I know this sounds crazy but I eat Dos Toros at least once a week. I've tried several different locations and this one is by far my favorite. The steak here is always tender and juicy versus other locations where the steak has been tough and chewy. The customer service is nearly excellent, I never have to wait more then 10 minutes before receiving my order. They work very quick and efficient. I've had no problems with this restaurant. The management seems to be very good considering what I've experienced every visit.

The “manager” is extremely rude. She was extremely impolite, rude and unprofessional towards us, as if we came in to rob her.I used to go every once in a while because it is close to campus, I can confirm that I will never walk in ever again and will walk 7 extra minutes to go to Chipotle instead.
