Chick-fil-a - New York

Pick up at this place is terrible during meal time. First, Chick fil A, unlike SweetGreen or Naya, have the orders kept behind the counter, so you cannot just order in advance and go and grab and leave. You might miss it when they called mobile orders to the crowd. Then, it happened to me three or four times when I asked the wrong person the staff who were not in charge of pick up order but happended to be in front of the pick up counter they just ignored me. I was like whaaat... the least they can do is to let me know to whom I should adress myself.To my a couple of dozens visits there, order in advance saves me 2 to 3 minutes in general, but the stress to locate the order (they do not always yell the names for the in store order) is annoying. Note that people who order in advance care about time, efficiency and stress free. Otherwise, why do we do so!

They never give enough sauce, they always short change fries (got a large and it was filled half way) pretty

I ordered the new honey pepper pimento cheese sandwich and it barely came with any of the pimento, I was pretty disappointed as I opened the sandwich which, on first glance, looked like a regular sandwich unlike the promotional pictures. Sandwich was decent as expected but wish there was more pimento since it is more expensive than the regular.

The ladies here are so amazing… I told them I was here celebrating my birthday they wished me a happy birthday and as I was leaving they went out of there way to give me a little gift. Made me feel special when they didn’t have to…

Food was yummy.... but what made me mad was when I ordered a large fries and you gave me less than a medium in a large contained... wasnt even half full.... so quality control check?
