The service was attentive and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty.

I've been buying from this place for many years now. The quality of service and food has gone down drastically. I really only purchase their food to give to my dogs, so it makes good dog food, but if it's not for an animal I would not recommend it. I recommend other places like Brisa Dominicana. Also, the ladies taking the orders by cellphone are super unknowledgeable and rude.

Caridad restaurant back in the day use to be the spot for good food but they not all that today. The food definitely isn’t the same anymore and I don’t go in this restaurant anymore. I usually go downtown Manhattan or other areas if I want good food.

Too expensive for basics like plain rice or even a lunch plate good food better prices and services

Back in the day the food use to be good. We with friends and my son during lunch time and was told they do not sell lunches during the weekend which we were cool with. The lady that served us wasn’t the nicest. The food came out and it was just disgusting. The oxtails were super hard and no flavor whatsoever. The black beans were hard. My friends maduros was cold. The food didn’t taste fresh at all. Definitely will not come back here.
