Wendy's - New Westminster

We've been here for 20 years. It is consistent in quality and cleanliness. The staff is very friendly. The kitchen area seems ridiculously cramped as many are back. We ask for no sauce and 8/10 get sauce in the pack. Now we have to! Check every item to see if they have it right so we don't have to drive back to get the right order. Many times the children have gone without eating their chicken sluice, because it has sauce in it, and we hurry up on borders (which is why we go through a ride through the first place. Not sure why or what the problem is with special orders, but now we know how to order (we order what we want, and then stay in the window and check it an inconvenience for those behind us in the line, but necessary to get our order right. I always have additional napkins, spoons, straws and ketchup in the car, as they are often missing from the bag. If the part of the service would improve, I would give him 5/5 for the Wendy restaurant. Because of the lack of incorrect order, we must give him 3/5.

Of the fast food places, Wendy 's has always seemed the least factory like to me. Maybe it 's my age and the old Dave Thomas commercials speaking. A lot of alternatives to the burger and fries on the menu good salads, for example. Orders are 99% of the time filled correctly, unlike some mcChains to remain unmentioned. So, here pretty often as a treat for the kids.

I have always had fresh food served to me at this Wendy's location. The staff is competent and friendly with your requests. Most importantly, the food here is good. Great frosty's too! This is a good example of a very well managed restaurant and I hope it continues this trend moving forward.

This Wendy's is only a few minutes from my house. Once a week at around midnight I get a craving and must satisfy it with a Spicy Chicken combo. Great food quality and service. The drive thru is open 24 hours. One of the better Wendy's out there.

Burger in Salat wraps after a long day... awkward! Fresh Pattys, beautiful, clean, crispy veggies, Sometimes fritted even though she a wee bit soggy for delivery. You cook the bacon on the burgers exactly as you like it.
