Bidra med feedbackPretty much everyone else visiting my experience was very bad. idk, how they can get wrong order even if they order on app. After they have pointed out that they have re-entered the wrong order.
Queensborough landing location sucks! I ordered online through the starbucks app and went to pick up my order. They made my order wrong and didnt even apologize, just simply took it back and didnt say a word. Should have been a grab and go but took way longer.
NEVER GOT MY FOOD……. Asked me to park in an nonexistent spot after the drive thru and wait for my food. After trying to figure out where to stop I parked in a stall a few spots down from the entrance.Waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich that I never received. Guess they don’t care enough to look in the parking lot.
“The cold one”. This Starbucks is practically perfect with accurate drinks, friendly staff, and fast service. However… every time I attempt to study here I leave after about 30 minutes, because the temperature is so unbearable. It has been this way year-round which is how it got its nickname. Every time I leave this place I am shivering to my core with rigid ice-cube-fingers that can hardly grasp a pen. I could see how this review could sound trivial but it’s really hard to get work done at this location due to the consistently low temperature. To the degree that I regularly opt to drive an extra ten minutes to a more comfortable store. I’ve never had this experience at any other Starbucks locations so I don’t know if there’s anything you can do about it but if you can, this cold, twilight loving, university student would greatly appreciate it.
They lose a star from the standard 4 because unfortunately their drive-thru is almost always overflowing onto the street and it makes it really awkward to get into it. Otherwise it's pretty speedy and the barista's are nice and polite. I once ordered a pup cup for my human friend and they obliged. That's good service. Also he liked it.
