Serious Coffee Aqua Plaza 88

I tried for the first time here to have a piece of lemon balm, and it was soft and damp. there are four tables for seats.

My latte is perfect and tastes amazing every time. Breakfast sandwiches are so tasty. Also, the customer service very friendly.My only complaint is that there hours are so limited. I get off work at 5pm, and it takes an hour for me to commute to home. I cannot go to serious coffee because the coffee shop closes around 3-4pm.

Took half an hour to get 2 bagel. Instructions hasn't been followed, and low experience customer service. Bagel it self taste good, however the filling was terrible! Coffee got cold ice while waiting to get the bagels.

The drinks are excellent, the food (i tried breakfast/other sandwiches and cinnamon buns mmmmmm) tastes fresh and delicious, the people behind the counter are always happy to see you and are so caring. They greet their frequent customers like a good friend. I felt safe buying the food as everything looked super clean and well organized. The packaging is also perfect when you get it to go. I've been a handful of times here and I am 100% coming back. Thanks guys!! Keep it up! <3

I have been to this Serious Coffee Plaza 88 location a few times now and I have always received great service and good food. I have had the smoked meat sandwich which was good and the ingredients were fresh. They have become known in New West however for their delicious cinnamon buns. So delicious that I bought a whole bunch of their cinnamon buns one time to share with my family. I also need to note that I have a very serious food allergy so I cannot eat at some coffee shops/bakeries because of the high risk of cross contamination or just their unwillingness to accommodate. But Dustin (the owner) at this Serious Coffee location was really friendly and very accommodating to my allergy. Overall great experience and great service
