They use rice vinegar in their sushi rice which has gluten and/or corn. Nothing in their menu is guaranteed GF.
I asked if their avocado sushi is gluten free and they said it's just avocado and nothing else. But no mention of the seasoning used for the sushi rice. They do have gluten free soy sauce though.
Very knowledgeable for sushi- provided GF soy sauce and clear what was GF on menu (not much tho)
