KFC - New Westminster

Service is slow. I came late on a Tuesday and they were out of gravy. I was trying to ask if they can help with the offers because the stupid app and website is not working. They cannot do anything. KFC you should do something when your stupid APP is not working.

The store was colder then outside... the chicken was awful.. the smell was like chemical smell was horrible... kinda tasted burnt or something.. we bought it 915pm Nov 25.. major inconvenience as we drove to our hotel in Vancouver from the store in New west.. to find d out it was awful chicken. I Tried to call but store was closed.. will try again in morning

I ordered 2 six piece buckets thru uber . One bucket had 2 thighs and two drumsticks, the other had 3 drumsticks, one thigh and one weird unknown piece like a back. Essentially shorted 3 pieces! Tasted fine but I got ripped off. uber gave me $5. Joke!

Everything about this KFC is shameful, they should be embarrassed they can't serve, can't take your order right, can't even make the simplest of changes. They are lazy. replace them with people who actually want to work or needs

The food was so oily it had oil dripping down my arm. Since the kitchen was warm they turned the ac all the way up when it was 7°c outside. The meat was soggy and dry at the same time. The crust was super powdery and the bones broke like foam. They worst part? I have 5 peices and im still hungry, I weight 116 pounds.
