Pizza taste way more different compare with Richmond location. Service is bad. Pizza makes me feel happy, but not at this location.

A fat Indian girl don’t understand English. I told her on the phone I want a small one but she said I ask for a medium. I told her to make a small one for me and she still want to charge me the medium price. she think I’m the one who give her trouble and rudely said she 100% sure I ask for a medium one. Bad service and I will report to your head office. That is not customer service, not in Canada like you. I wish you go back where you came from as soon as possible. This place doesn’t belong to people like you.

Ordered combo with 2 pasta, 2salad and 2 toast, called back to ask for salad and toast, then the feed back I got was they believe it was my mistake and I need to select salad and toast. Anyone can check their website, there is no such a selection at all. Told me will call back and wait for more than 30mins without any reply. Didn’t say any sorry from beginning until the end. Keep saying it’s my fault.
