I really like A&W and its food products especially as of late as they are delicious. Went to this branch and found the burger (Mama) to be very dry and so different from what we ate just two days earlier at a different outlet. Meat was like dry cardboard. The Chubby Chicken was barely any better. p.s. the picture doesn't represent this outlet which is a mall food court outlet. That adds to a rather dreary atmosphere. Perhaps the right equipment found in free-standing outlets cannot be used.

I agree with the comment about A&W being expensive. It is one of the most expensive fast food chains out there. Combos here are in the $10-12+ range. A&W has removed the ability for you to order cheaper menu items like their old baby burger or small fries. They are really pushing their combo's. As a result, I stopped coming here. Every now and then I will get a coupon booklet in the mail and some of these coupons are a great deal. This is the only time I will ever eat here, as there food is just too expensive at their regular prices. To justify their higher prices, they serve their fries in fancy metal fry holders, serve their drinks in ice cold glass mugs, and there food almost always is served consistently hot and fresh. I recommend this place if you have a coupon, otherwise you will find better value burgers and fries elsewhere.

A&W orders are now pricey. They've separated their combo meals. You make your own combo that if you do, you'll end up paying almost $10. for orders of med. drink, fries and teen burger. You can have the same condiments in Burger King is you ask them and you pay very little. Comparison: A&W Teen burger combo 10.00 tax Burger King with cheese, lettuce, tomato and pay a little for Bacon same as teen burger) 6.00, with cheese, fries and drinks 6.50 tax
