Starbucks - New Rochelle

Fist time to buy from here. in any case, do not come back. was not really welcomed. the personal was not friendly and coworker with the name berlin gave an employment when we asked to make our drinks as if it were a problem.

I would give stars if possible! I had to wait 7 minutes, because the 3 tools/ baristas were busy with the one customer before me, who asked 1000 questions, what is okay, why make wait other customers if there are 3 people working at the store? Maybe some customers have more value than others? Maybe they should star to pick the customers at the door and only let in the ones, they consider, are more valuable!

Workers get easily frustrated when to many orders come in at once. Need better organization skills

Ordered a coffee with vanilla in it off of Uber from this location and they gave me hazelnut. I order this every time I get Starbucks so I know what vanilla is supposed to taste like. I’m just glad I don’t have an allergy but imagine if I did. Just wish you guys would be more careful
