Bidra med feedbackBright, clean, fast! COVID times adds stress to everyone but the McD managers are handling it well. I heard them supporting their rookie employees with coaching when they made mistakes instead of berating them. I don’t go often but this one seems well managed.
Since I've been in charge, I can say with more than credible, then each of the other commentators. that our business has some of the hardest workers and best management, they say something wrong, and they will work it out. do they have a problem with their McDonald app? they help them get their discount code, they are prosecution? our managers either give out their fifty percent or base the bill itself. we have people who yell at us, despise us and degrade us. guess what we do with a smile. because we have a job to do, even if we are paid only 10 dollars to throw all abuse some of our customers to us. that we do not show the half of the time when eight to twelve employees do not call us. that is why people sometimes have to wait because we have little personal. not because we are lazy or because we are unprofessional. I give every thirty minutes and you would stop, I'm ready to bet all my months on it. because the hate we get, and the abuse we bear for our work is quite crazy. as if I was allowed to record in front of places, they would see the things we have to do behind the scenes. it's not easy. Yeah, I see you say we're gonna get 15 bucks and an hour. I wish we had done it as I would stay here. but we are not paid 15 dollars and hour, it can go up to 15 dollars and hour. there are only five people of eighty employees who are paid more than ten dollars per hour. check their facts before they try to act as they know something.
Last night between 9 o'clock 10 o'clock, my friend and I have mcdonalds from here. good service a little, but we have food poisoning from nothing. I throw on nonstop and my friend is ready to eat today. I had the 10 pieces chicken nugget with big fries and a big sweet tee and my friend got the quarter with big fries and a big koss. He ate my chicken nuggets when I got full easy because his quarter was literally cold as frozen cold where he couldn't eat it. I'm sorry I don't want to go to mcdonalds here or anywhere. I've never been sick, and I don't have my friend.
Consistently messing up on orders. Management needs to step in a fix these issues. I understand the essence of keeping times down on drive through but when that's your priority and not accuracy of the food it shows.
The unsweet tea tasted bad, like the dispenser had not been cleaned recently. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, no ketchup. Both special tags said no ketchup but there was ketchup on both burgers! How difficult is it to make sure orders are right before presenting them? I should not have to open my sandwiches before I leave the window to check for correctness. It's no longer fast food when you have to check everything before you clear the window so the next person can pick up their order.
