Burger King - New Port Richey

Their service is pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of the food but I loved their iced caramel frappe.

Burger King can be great or horrible depending on location...The store on US19 South of Embassy is fantastic!The store near SR54/Little Rd is great.However, I would NOT recommend the store on US19/Main St, New Port Richey. Service here is horrible every time we've visited!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Manager on 7/29 &7/30 harassed my elderly father over asking for a REMAKE on a BURNT sandwich. After watching them gossip at the window about him and throwing his burnt food in the trash with attitude a refund was asked for. Called today (7/30) to ask for managers name to report to corporate and she refused to tell me her name. She was immediately on defense mode and yelling on the phone. Disgusting behavior by the “manager” she should be fired.Update: Her name is Ally or Alexandra.

Crazy how they have not a single customer when I was there and order only ketchup on chicken sandwiche and repeated it back to me and repeated it to me at the window and still get it wrong,I one item on a sandwich I'd get mistakes are made but you have several people working and can get a simple order
