Pj's Coffee - New Orleans

I much prefer other PJs locations. This one is always really dirty, the employees aren’t too friendly, and I don’t know if there’s something wrong with their machine but the consistency of their Granitas sucks. They’re like straight up ice.Update 7/25/23: I’ve been coming here more and honestly none of what I said applies anymore. I’m very satisfied with how they’ve improved.

The sandwich we bought was cold he microwaved it but the inside was very cold while the out was hot.Food: 3/5

Apparently the employees don't know how to read a receipt and put an order together. Why did I order 3 turkey and Swiss croissants and receive 1 ham and cheese and 2 spinach and feta instead?

Arrived just after opening, no customers and clearly not prepared to delight. The self service station was not prepared, no cream or half and half. Handed a half gallon jug of half and half to finish my coffee. I will say the coffee was fresh and quite good. Really appreciate that.
