Bidra med feedbackService was horrendous. The whole staff had a sad look on their faces, and when they served us the meal it was almost as if they threw the plate on the table. Our server wouldn?t even look at us when she was taking our order, and talked in the most monotone voice I have ever heard. The Muffuletta tasted really bland and the bread was soggy. There was a bug in the drink that I ordered, and when I asked for a new one, they didn?t even apologize for it. They charged a mandatory18 percent gratuity, when we had a party of 4, even though the menu said for parties of 5 and more. I do NOT recommend, and would rate 0 stars if I could.
We stumbled upon this authentic Italian restaurant after our original restaurant destination closed their kitchen early. We started with drinks, an Amaretto Sour and an Italian Margarita. Both were mixed well and strong. For dinner we enjoyed the Shrimp Gigliano and Shrimp Alfredo Fettuccine partnered with the fresh made garlic bread. Make sure to try the Garlic Sauce that is bottled and on the table if you like a little hot spice. We ended up buying a few bottles totake home. It felt like we stepped back in time and enjoyed the front window table they sat us at.
Great place to eat while in New Orleans! Close to Jackson's Square
The service wasn't great. The burnt garlic bread was soaked in butter. My Taste of New Orleans was way too salty. The pasta dish was bland.
Service and food was excellent. The manager gave top service.Everyone enjoyed their dining experience. Will we be returning .
