Applebee's Grill - New Orleans

The service was slow. I ordered medium rare steak with broccoli and potatoes. The steak was not cooked properly. It was swollen and dark purple. (It was frozen and they put it in the microwave and put it on the grill for the look). The broccoli was under cooked. My friends steak was also not cooked properly. (Her steak was so tough to even cut) She had the same sides. The manager was not friendly and changed for every other little thing he could. A small cup of cheese and the A-1 sauce, drinks and appetizer. Surprisingly we were not charged for using the silverware. This is the worst Applebee's in Orleans parish. Jefferson Parish is best. They didn't even have a dinner time rush, unusual for Friday evening in New Orleans. We figured that's why we had horrible experience. I would advise to go to Jefferson Parish, 3 Applebee's locations and worth the drive.

Order was fresh and sizzling hot.. Customer service was definitely great....highly recommend for anyone whom goes there.

People on this app be overreacting. I just bussed down two plates of boneless wings and some artichoke dip. It was pressure too. Don't sleep on Applebees. Affordable good quantity and good quality.

Omg let me start off by saying will never eat here again..my Wantons wear burnt ugh and then my steak was over cooked and cold. Then to too it off my wife's food was so dry how can pasta be dry like we wait for like 15 min for a manager to even speak to us but wait here comes the manager Amber to the rescue and made it right so needles to say I'll be back again . ? ? ? ? for management thank u for ur understanding Amber..

Never go there. Food not that good. If you have 3 drinks the waitress cuts you off. Horrible place
