Wendy's - New Milton

I had a great experience at this fast food restaurant. We placed an order for five people, and our food was ready in just one minute! The two burgers we tried were delicious and can easily compete with Burger King—they were fresh and flavorful. They also offer a variety of chip options, including cheese, bacon, and chili, which were really good. The Frosty dessert is a must-try—absolutely delicious! I can't wait to come back for more. The location is fantastic, right in the city center, with convenient parking nearby. Additionally, the restrooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only downside is that the branch feels a bit cramped and could use more space. However, I will definitely be returning!

Their milkshakes are fantastic—although I wouldn't quite call it a traditional milkshake since it’s served with a spoon and feels more like a dessert. Overall, the service was quick, the staff were friendly and smiling, and when I asked for extra sauce, they happily provided as much as I wanted. The environment was clean, and I liked the new style screens. The drink dispensers were reminiscent of Five Guys, which was a nice touch. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable! I'm really excited to see Wendy's grow in the U.K.—welcome to the U.K., Wendy's!

This is a lovely restaurant with fast service and friendly, accommodating staff. The fries are delicious, and I highly recommend the chocolate frosty. However, I wasn't impressed with the vegan bites at all. I do wish they offered more vegan and vegetarian options. The restaurant is clean and has limited seating, which makes it less crowded than other fast food places. It's a nice spot for families, as they also provide fun toys for children.
