Liu Garden - New London

I love this restaurant. this is my way to cook Asian style. I would give a higher assessment, but today's order was not very good. I ordered coconut shrimp, coconut chicken, golden wontons and chicken fingers, which our order over $40 so we have the free general tso’s chicken. I can usually eat the general tso. Today I couldn't. it was so hot that my lips, cramps and throats were on fire, and somehow the golden wontons were as hot, although they should not be. also this order and order before we never got the soda that came with the all day special. we used the beyond menu app. I will order from here again, but if there is still a chaos, I will look for another restaurant.

Not gonna lie the food is good. But their service is horrible!!! I literally have been waiting here for OVER an hour and a half! I'm very disappointed. I like the food but their customer service and delivery service is very crappy.

Great food but horrible customer service. All I asked for was an extra sauce and she threw a Tantrum over it. Luckily I am nice person and told her to have a great day. The gentleman who works there is awesome! Just be aware of this lady!! Will be my last time going there.

Food is just ehh, on the soggy side. We decided to give them another chance because they are so close to us, but when I called to order the man who answered the phone was so RUDE I hung up and ordered somewhere else. Blahh food with horrible customer service.

I ordered from here for the first time two days ago. The food was delivered extremely fast it was very tasty . Unfortunately, all three people (Me my sons) who ate the food became sick later the same day. I wanted to be sure before I wrote about it and no one else in my home (6 total) has been sick other than the three of us who ate the food. Take heed.
