Mcdonald's - New Lisbon

Today takes the cake. 35 mins for my order to be screwed up 4 times… new Lisbon McDonald’s needs to invest into more training. This McDonald’s is known for screwing up orders. When calling corporate they asked if I was with other people who have called today about their food being screwed up. So it just shows how often they get orders messed up.

I usually have decent experiences while going through the drive through, but tonight I had went and forgot to add in a McDouble. I had gotten to the window and asked to add in the order. From what I believe it was the manager who had rolled her eyes at me before proceeding to put the order in. The only times I ever have issues is when she is working. For a manager I feel she should be much more professional. I understand jobs can be frustrating especially towards the end of a shift. But there was no need for her response.

Food was over cooked and seemed to have been sitting for a long time.Parking: Most stalls were open

Quick fast food just like McDonald's always is. I gave it four stars because it has a tourist tax that causes the food to be a little bit more pricey than other McDonald's

No dine in or take out. Can't enter the restaurant. Order only online or by drive through.
