I asked for a melt, and the girl looked confused so I pointed at the menu bc I get that at every other subway in the area and she said we dont do that…ok well don’t advertise it?? It isn’t even a new thing. It’s been out for months. Whatever. So my sandwich tasted like garbage. Didn’t even cut my sandwich. Unprofessional and unorganized and took FOREVER. The children was moving like they didn’t have a care in the world. I wouldn’t waste my time here again.
I have gone to this subway location NUMEROUS times and the employees are sitting GM in the gas station part on their cell phones. They don’t ever have meatballs made. And they don’t answer the phone when you call to see if they have them because they’re too lazy to get up from their cell phone to do the job they get paid to do. Wont even go back to this gas station more or less the subway until the owners get better workers.
Garlic butter stuff was a bit strong and everything was a little burnt. Think it's the oven because it was just one end of the sandwhiches and one side of pizza. Also we were not asked if we wanted sandwhiches toasted or not.
This Subway will never get our business again. The customer service was horrible. The employees were more interested in speaking amongst themselves instead of helping customers. Then when they did finally get around to fixing our subs, they were extremely rude. There are many choices when it comes to breakfast sandwiches and we were given none of those options as well as there were very little veggies available.
Horrible customer service, I just went for chicken sandwich, I wanted tomato as well so I asked do you have tomato? Transaction ID 1/A-298916 said no so while paying I asked het if I can get discount as you have no tomatoes available? She said its not my problem not having tomatoes I can't give you discount in rudely tone. The worst customer service I have seen in my life.
