Mcdonald's - New Hope

Girl in drive thru was vary rude and had a vary bad attitude because I asked for napkins and ketchup mustard and mayo packets....makes me feel like I will go to a different location even though this one is down the street from

Received 2 cold fish sandwiches and I had to call 3 times to speak to a manager due to the young persons answering the phone and playing games. This location has become worst by each day. Mcdonalds have loss a customer for good.

I was in a little over a month ago and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese to go. I left with the bag, and when I opened it I found that I got two cheeseburgers instead. I went back to the location later that day, and the manager said she realized what had happened minutes after I left, apologized, took down my information, and told me the next time I came my meal would be free.I just returned today, and I was told that it had been too long.On the one hand, I understand. On the other hand, I was told the next time not the next time within a week , which is what I was told by the manager when I tried to get the double quarter pounder with cheese that I paid for.

This place is only good for their seasonal decorations, but everything else is horrible here. The employees AND management treat customers with utter disrespect and continue to be rude towards anyone they deem appropriate to. They somehow always mess up the simplest items, (iced coffees, b-fast sandwiches, etc. their fountain machine has been dirty the every time I’ve gone there. Terrible service, barely good enough food, overrall rlly unpleasing place.

We got charged but our order didn’t go through on the app and dude we talked to told us he couldn’t really do anything about he and told us to try to order it
