Jet's Pizza - New Hope

I made a mistake with the online tip and added a few extra zeros. Call on a Saturday night in the hour. Spoke with J the manager and he took the time to make it right. Thank you. Good pizza, great service!

Best pizza chain in the area! The chicken bacon ranch is particularly good, and the build your own sausage and feta can't be beat!

Awesome pizza and wings! I have never been to a Jets Pizza besides this location and I have to say the best pizza we have ever eaten in a while. Jets has a unique blend of herbs that make their pizza pop! They have daily specials as well like 2 huge slices of cheese or pepperoni with a soda for like $7. Also let me just mention they have their location pretty widespread from Hopkins, Eden Prairie, Brooklyn Park and New Hope. I have tried just about everything on their menu from cheese bread, breadsticks, wings and of course pizzas. Something about their pizza just gives me that warm feeling and satisfies my hunger. It’s very unique how it stands out from the other major pizza chains out there. If you’re looking for great pizza and comfort food, stop by and you will be blown away. It’s a neat and clean restaurant with fast service. I will be back soon, thank you for your amazing service and keep up the great work!

The pizzas felt a bit pricey, but the two we tried—the pepperoni and the Hawaiian—were both enjoyable. We also loved the large cookie. However, I didn't have a great experience with the ordering process. Everything seemed fine when I placed my order, with the correct address and pick-up time. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the scheduled time, my pizzas weren't ready, and they said they hadn't received my order.

We were in search of a great spot for a meeting nearby, and we hit the jackpot with Jet's! We were truly amazed by how fast the delivery was—our pizzas arrived in about 30 to 45 minutes after we placed our order. The contactless delivery process was excellent, and they adhered to all of our special instructions perfectly. The pizza itself was fantastic! The salad was also a standout; I've struggled to find a pizza place that offers a good side salad, but Jet's Greek salad was one of the best we've had in a long time. We will definitely be ordering from them again!
