Altona Club - New Holstein

We went in a group of 6 people. We got inside and it was really busy and we thought that we might have to wait quite a while but we were wrong. We waited less than 10 minutes to be seated. All 6 of us had the buffet and had nothing bad to say about it.Overall the food and service was impeccable. I highly recommend!

Went to the Friday buffet for the first time. The salad bar was loaded with fresh choices for salad toppings and many side selections that were very extensive. This alone was worth the cost. There were 2 soups offered, as well as rolls and softcheeses with various crackers. The main meal offerings were hot, plentiful and most of them were pretty good. Meats and seafoodsoffered at this price, how could you not be pleased and if you left hungry it's your own fault. There aren't many places leftwith so many choices for this value. The waitstaff did their best to keep up with the continuing crowd and were all friendly andas attentive as possible. We will go back to eat here again.

Waited 1hr for just the 2 of us and a reservation came in and was seated , never have I ever seen such poor customer service, will never go back ,if you take reservations 1st then say that don't let people stand and I mean stand around waiting ones from me and my extended family .

Saturday evening buffet was delishous! It was wonderful that they took reservations!

We had Altona cater for our wedding this past weekend and all I can say is Altona was outstanding! They were there early to set up, had plenty of (all very tasty) food, and were very professional. They communicated very promptly with us in the beginning stages of planning from there they took care of everything related to dinner! They had many employees there to bus tables kept the buffet line flowing efficiently, they had ceramic plates with real silverware wrapped in a napkin color of our choice, they exceeded our expectations! We didn't have to worry about a thing! Highly recommend Altona for your catering services!
