Sandra's Next Generation - New Haven

Giving credit where it’s due! To be consistent with providing the customer with amazing quality, portions, and service is why I will keep driving 2 hours to this establishment regularly! Depending on the time, you will encounter a wait, but it is absolutely worth it! The presentation and most certainly the flavors will put a smile on your face! I am always content with an apology for the wait and great background music but to open up my bag and see incentivized extras for it makes me know this establishment values their customers.

Their food is delicious I will say but the young indian woman at the register seems to be struggling with customer service skills. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted but she kept cutting me off which made me feel confused, in the end I didn’t get half the things I wanted because she does not let you speak. I’m not sure if she’s trying to pitch a sale or something but I believe she needs more training and patience to be in the front. The food there was good though.

I came for the banna pudding it was good but it just had to much wafers not to much pudding 85 percent cookie staff was great came in 10 min before it closed they all had a smile in the face didn’t feel rushed but please more pudding less cookie

The place got crowded fast minutes after opening, so service was slow. The sweet potato pie wasn't tasty. It was extremely bland, mushy. Everything else was ok.

The food here is amazing! I enjoyed everything I ordered. The staff were super sweet, and the desserts were amazing as well. I would definitely be coming back.
