There was no followup from the venue after our wedding or even to apologize for overlapping our wedding ceremony with someone else's and then blaming it on our groomsmen and dogs, telling the bridge party that we were late as the reason as to why the ceremony was late, when we actually on time....your venue should really consider doing rehearsals for your own sake to keep things in order and on time instead of passing blame.We emailed them over two weeks and they didn't bother to address our concerns so below is only part of what we emailed them and our experience. Thank you for hosting our special day. First off, the venue, food, and desserts were amazing. Everything was perfect. Other than the physical aspect of the wedding truthfully, a lot of things were not done as planned and it was very disappointing.It seems as though there was a HUGE miscommunication with your team and the previous wedding as more than likely they were at the wrong ceremony platform location as we were told that would never happen or have our wedding cross paths. We understand things happen and would’ve been fine if your staff was honest, but there is a major difference between things happening and a complete fabrication of what happened and blaming it on the guys and the dogs. There is no way the previous wedding was peaceful and must’ve been a total disaster.In regards to the reception set up, our family members who were only supposed to take care of a few things, showed up on time at 5:30pm meanwhile your staff couldn’t be bothered to show up on time leading to our family members doing pretty much everything including having to rearrange the head table as it was completely wrong. Then after they did pretty much everything your staff told them to take all of the trash out which is not their job.Again, we understand that weddings aren’t always perfect, but these are simple things that shouldn’t have happened and could’ve been avoided if you provided a rehearsal instead of just going with the flow on the day and causing immense amounts of stress. As frustrating as it was that there was another ceremony in a spot that it shouldn’t have been and running behind, we are more upset about the fact that the blame was being placed on the guys and our dogs instead of just apologizing about the ceremony running behind. That is totally unacceptable. Our dogs were brought to another area because the guests from the previous wedding were walking through our cocktail hour area to get to their garden. It seems like they should’ve been on the far platform not on our spot.

I have visited many places before, but this one was truly memorable. The sunset was utterly mesmerizing.

This place is beautiful. Good service throughout the party. Nice variety of appetizers, food, and desserts, but kinda plain.
