A-1 Oriental Kitchen - New Haven

I ordered food from there and my order was $24 change. I got it delivered the delivery driver changed the price on my order. Then my food was cold, rice was hard chicken was burnt… never again

I made a order and they told me $25.25 and when they charge my card it was 30.30 And when I finally got the food it wasn’t even worth $30 dollars. To top it off the food was horrible! No taste at all! Don’t order from there it’s a waste of money !!

If i can give 0 i would every time I go there they forget some thing rude lady laughs in peoples face.

I have ordered from this restaurant twice and both times were terrible. The food was decent, nothing to write home about but that's not my problem. The delivery driver was the RUDEST person I have ever met in my life. He got upset with me because he couldn't find my house and then when he came to the door he was using all kinds of profanity because he felt as if I should have gave better directions as to where my house was. I gave my address and left my porch light on so the driver could see the house number. After the driver was so disrespectful he then walked off with my food and got back into his car. I had already paid for my order via phone so that is the only reason I made the driver come back to my door. I called the restaurant after the whole ordeal had taken place and all they told me was I should have made my house more visible for the driver. Really?! Needless to say I will never order from them again. After looking at several other reviews on this place it isn't very popular anyway.

One of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been to! The food is incredibly delicious and always tastes fresh. It's definitely a family-run business here in New Haven that serves the community well. Such a lovely family!
