Captain Bob's Crabs - New Freedom

Went last night, reserved 1.5 doz of big crabs, most were very good, had some that were easy. The ordered cream of the crab soup, which was terrible, it was so thick that a spoon was just standing in that the pommes were overcooked. But the worst part....went to pay the bill, and they added $26 satisfaction. That wasn't cool....the children there talked to us three times in 2 hours, and I feel like this should be revealed and it wasn't.

Crabs are always on the point, great service and always on time. I would say the prices could be lower, but the times are hard, so this can not hold against them, and they have great deals if they can!

I was very disappointed. I spent 248.00 on 2doz. Crabs and was very disappointed. The crabs were reheated because they were really dry and had a bad taste to them, they were very recommended to me, but will not get your crabs again

Visit from Dallas and had to try the crabs! Interior and exterior seats. BYOB. Had everything you can eat crabs; $39.95 / person. The crabs were big and the waiter brought more. Amazing service!

We went for all you can eat crabs, and everyone enjoyed the food. Only issue we had, we asked for soda refills, waitress acknowledged that we wanted refills and never came back, another person took our drink orders and he took forever to get our drinks. Then waiting for our check at the end took forever too, I had to go to the one hostess desk and ask for our check.
