Mcdonald's S - New Forest

Breakfast for two for just a nip over seven pounds. Hot and soft pancakes accompanied by a complimentary hot syrup resulting in an exquisite and tasty breakfast treat. A nice hot latte coffee rounded off a wholesome meal which normally is an ideal way to start the weekend.

Although the food was hot the delay was totally unacceptable and woukd have been longer,save my intervention and many others who had ordered and paid simply left. Poor.

Visited on a busy Friday evening. The McDonald's down the road literally had nothing left and I had a toddler who really wanted a milkshake. Despite how busy it was the food was served quickly, to a good standard (I know it's McDonald's but everything was hot and presented well The major plus is that they could fulfill the full order including the new children's wrap. Thanks, you saved me from an unhappy child :

This McDonalds is based inside Asda and I only used it for convenience. I won't be using it again. All I wanted was three McFlurrys, but the two people taking orders were very slow and kept getting the orders in front of me mixed up. There were two staff members chatting behind the counter near the chips, while an older staff member who looked like a manager didn't seem to have any awareness of what was going on. I decided to stay in the queue, but when the McFlurrys were given to me all three tubs were barely half full. I should have complained there and then, but due to the slow service I risked running late and couldn't stay any longer. Next time I'll use the drive through in another part of town where I always get friendly service and full servings!
