Bidra med feedbackSuch poor customer service! We have been regular customers at this take away but never again after today. We were told 20 minutes for collection, my partner then sat there waiting while they took 40 minutes to finish the order. When he got home, one of the dishes was completely incorrect. He phoned and asked for it to be rectified and they wanted to charge more money to deliver the dish we had ordered and said it would be at least 30 minutes!! No apology offered. I went to collect to speed things up and pointed out that the rest of my food was going cold- no response.
Ordered two chicken curry plus two egg fried rice n chips. Food quality was poor, chicken was cut into large square cubes n tasted nothing like chicken n gravy didn’t taste like a Chinese gravy, more like a normal gravy you would make yourself. My experienced the food ingredients there using has changed n therefore there buying cheaper food products. Was looking so much forward to having a Chinese that night as haven’t had one for a while due to the cost of everything going up. It’s a shame to, have always gone there in the past n never faulted their food before. Also they only took cash that night which was a surprise as i only had my card so had to withdraw money out..
Very nice takeaway from here only two minor moans sauce in the curry was too thick and in the shredded beef with chilli some sauce would have been nice. Delivery was very very fast nice driver very polite and cheerful.
Watch your change. Bill came to £23 and I handed over £25 and should have received £2 in change. Was given two coins which I though was right but when I got home discovered that I was given two twenty pence coins. Not happy. But hey ho, they will never see me as a customer again.
Delicious food, always hot and never greasy, like the rest in Totton. Won’t go anywhere else! Friendly service.
