Carpe Diem - New Cumberland

Fantastic all the way around. Nino is an exceptional host and goes out of his way to ensure a wonderful dining experience. The little extras like a garnish of fruit and homemade bread are delightful. The bone china coffee cups topped of the entire experience.

Oh my gosh! Thought it was just a coffee shop, but nooooooo! It is an amazing restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, terrific food, reasonable prices considering the quality, and a lovely, slightly eccentric chef named Nino. Everything is home made by Nino including the bread every morning. I had the home made Chipped Beef, and it was the real deal best I've ever had.

I’ve been there for breakfast and lunch and I loved the experience both times.They are exceptionally nice, were prompt, and the food is great. Cost was reasonable, plates are not huge, but it was good for lunch (I haven’t been there for a dinner yet)They may have other hours by reservation on Fridays and Saturdays, so I’d give a call at least to check if you make a date in advance for dinner.I love the atmosphere. It’s first-class without feeling like you don’t fit in. I really look forward to going again.

Food was fantastic!! Restaurant was busy and they could use a couple of more hands. However, food was fresh and delicious. Hostess was friendly and attentive. Only wish they would add more fruit to each plate. Will definitely return.

We came here on Mother's day with a larger group but they accommodated for us despite not having a reservation. The place was busy as we expected and only had a few workers serving tables. However the interior dining room was cozy with music and the staff were humorous so we didn't mind waiting. The food was fresh and delicious once it arrived making it worth the time!
