Bidra med feedback1) Reserved seating for three and an infant through Open Table no issues making the reservation 2) Arrived at the restaurant and saw lots of annoyed people standing in the entrance waiting to be seated. The host was also annoyed because of the backup of people. I had to tell the host several times that I had made an Open Table reservation before he actually listened to us. At that point we had already waited 10 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation. The host said we would be seated next then left to seat another family. The manager appeared about 5 minutes after that and seated us at a table that didn’t have any silverware. 3) Our waitress came and greeted us. No issues here. We eventually order our food and two other employees bring the food after a lengthy wait. Still no silverware...so I asked for silverware at that time. It took another 5 minutes to get the silverware which was brought out by the original waitress. Finally time to eat. 4) I asked for my steak to be extra well done with no pink or red. It was pinkish to red throughout several spots which turned me off. I also had ribs, so I thought no biggie, I’ll just eat everything else. Well my daughter doesn’t eat bacon but the shrimp Alfredo had bacon in it so she didn’t touch it and the waitress never told her that bacon came in the Alfredo. When the waitress returned to check on us and asked us if we wanted dessert, she saw the full plate of Alfredo and said we should have told her that we didn’t want it. At this point I expected her go and talk to the manager to get it removed from the bill without me prompting her to do so. Same thing for my steak that wasn’t cooked to my satisfaction. She did not...she only offered to speak to the manager so that future customers might not have to encounter the same thing. The waitress returns with the bill so I then ask her to get the manager for me. The manager came and ensured the bill was corrected to my satisfaction which we appreciated.
We had to wait a 1/2 hour for beverages, 1 hour and a half for orderves and service was just slow.

The manager appeared about 5 minutes later and put us on a table that had no corners. 3) Our waitress came and greeted us. No problems here. We finally order our food and two other employees bring the food after a long wait. No cutlery yet, so then I asked about cutlery. It took another 5 minutes to get the cutlery brought out by the original waitress. At last time to eat. 4) I asked for my steak extra well done without pink or red. Was there last night with my kids. Our server called Alaska was one of the best servers I had there. She was energetic, attentive to our needs, pleasant, and she even made good suggestions when my daughter asked for a particular dish and it had something in that she didn't like and hit something close to what my daughter wanted and my daughter was impressed. I think they should hire more young women like them. She has a great personality!
We had good food and a great server. Thank you Jaleel for remembering our Friday experience.
